Job Title:
Part-Time Sales Associate
 

Hours:
Up to 30 hours/week

 

About Us:
We are a locally owned natural wellness store dedicated to supporting our community’s health and well-being. We offer a selection of natural/organic groceries, organic produce, body care products, and high-quality supplements. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Associate to join our team.

 

Position Summary:
You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining clean and well-stocked shelves, ringing at the register, and supporting the daily operations of the store. This position is ideal for someone with prior retail experience, especially in grocery or wellness settings—who thrives in a collaborative, customer service focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Provide helpful, knowledgeable, friendly customer service

• Stock shelves

• Clean and organize shelves and stockroom areas

• Assist store buyers with receiving and processing deliveries

• Perform light computer work such as inventory data maintenance

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

 

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience required; grocery and/or supplement experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash/credit transactions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Interest in natural wellness products is a plus

• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, product lookup)

Schedule:
This position requires availability during evenings and weekends. Part-time hours will not exceed 32 hours per week.
